Make Yourself Comfortable


Our body temperature drops when we enter a lucid dreaming state. To enjoy the experience fully, we recommend bringing a yoga mat, pillow, and a blanket or anything you need to make yourself comfortable. Seating will be available for those not using the floor to lie on.

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before start time so you can relax, get settled, and be considerate of the others taking the journey.

Cell phones and watches must be turned off or silenced so as not to bother the other participants.

You may leave the room to use the restrooms but please do so as quietly as possible so others are not disturbed. The same holds true when you return to the room. If you have a tendency to snore, we ask that you please turn on your side if you are using a blanket or yoga mat to lie on the floor.
