Omg it was the best thing ever!
I don’t have words for explain, but this sound meditation touch me very deep. When sounds start, my body feel heavy then light. My eyes close and I feel safe. The sound go inside my body and my heart feel open.
After, I feel very calm, very peaceful. My mind stop running. I feel more happy. It is difficult for me to say all feeling, but it is very strong, very beautiful. I am thankful for this experience.
When are you playing again? I had the best sleep ever the night after your session!
It was an exciting sound journey. I didn’t know what to expect but in the end, I felt total peace and relaxation.
After listening to the sounds for an hour, I felt free from my built up anxiety. This experience allowed me to let it all go.
The gong silenced the thoughts in my head and it helped me focus on one thing at a time, and to be present.
